Semax

Semax is a synthetic heptapeptide: Met-Glu-His-Phe-Pro-Gly-Pro. Based on ACTH(4-10) fragment with added C-terminal Pro-Gly-Pro sequence for altered stability.

Contains phenylalanine, methionine (oxidation-susceptible), and distinctive Pro-Gly-Pro motif providing conformational constraints. Soluble in sterile water or bacteriostatic water. Store at -20°C protected from light; minimize air exposure.
